Nutritional values
Vitamin E from Pumpkin seeds makes the skin radiant and the connective tissue is tightened. The superfood oats has a positive effect on the entire metabolism due to the fiber present and protect the intestinal mucosa.
When buying the sour cherries, make sure that they are not sugared. If you like, you can also use other dried fruits, for example dates or plums cut into small pieces. Stored in an airtight tin, the banana-cherry granola bars will keep for 3-4 weeks.

Preparation steps
Peel bananas, cut coarsely and puree finely with almond drink in a high mixing bowl with a hand blender.
Coarsely chop cherries and pumpkin seeds. Mix oats, flour, coconut flakes, cherries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and 1 pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Add banana puree and oil and mix until smooth.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough on the tray to a height of about 1 cm. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C / 310 ˚F on the lower rack for 1 hour. Then remove the granola sheet from the oven and cut it into 12 bars (approx. 1.5" x 4" each) on the tray with a sharp knife.
Reduce oven temperature to 100 °C /210 ˚F and dry the banana-cherry granola bars in the oven for another 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely on the tray.
