- 4 scallions
- 4 Tomatoes
- 150 grams Corn kernel (canned)
- 4 Chicken breasts (each 140 grams)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- Red pepper flakes
- 4 Tortillas
- 4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 80 grams grated Cheese (for example, Cheddar)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 430°F.)

Rinse scallions and cut into 3-4 cm (approximately 1-1 1/2 inches) long pieces. Rinse, quarter and seed tomatoes and cut into wedges. Drain corn. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and chop. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and season with salt and red pepper flakes. Cover each tortilla with chicken, vegetables and 1 tablespoon creme fraiche. Roll tortillas, place on baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake wraps in oven for about 10 minutes.
