- 500 grams Chicken breasts (ready to cook, skinless)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sweet ground paprika
- vegetable oil
- 1 ripe Mango
- 8 Lettuce
- 120 grams Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tortillas (each 20 cm diameter)
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in hot pan with oil until golden brown on both sides. Reduce heat and cook chicken until done. Remove chicken from pan, let cool and cut into strips.

Peel mango, remove flesh from core and cut flesh into narrow strips. Rinse lettuce leaves, spin dry and pluck. Season mayonnaise to taste with curry, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Slightly heat wraps in dry frying pan, remove from pan, spread with mayonnaise and top with lettuce, mango and chicken strips. Roll up wraps, cut in half and serve.
