600 grams Chicken breasts
1 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 orange Bell pepper
100 grams Baby spinach
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise (80 grams)
4 Tbsps Yogurt (low-fat) (80 grams)
8 Tortillas

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, press into a bowl and mix with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.

2.

Rinse chicken breast fillet under cold water, pat dry, mix with the marinade and chill for about 2 hours.

3.

Meanwhile, wash, clean and cut peppers into strips. Rinse and spin dry the spinach.

4.

Cook the chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

5.

Add peppers to chicken and sauté for another 5 minutes.

6.

For the dip, mix the cream with the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and remaining lemon juice. 

7.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Cut the chicken into strips and mix with peppers and spinach.

To serve: Chicken and peppers on the wraps, drizzle with dip and roll up.
