2 centimeters fresh ginger
2 Tbsps sweet soy sauce
½ tsp ground cilantro
1 tsp Curry
1 pinch ground Cumin
4 Tbsps Coconut milk
2 Tbsps soybean oil

400 grams Pork tenderloin (trimmed, ready to cook)
400 grams Chicken breasts (skinless, ready to cook)

Preparation steps

Peel ginger and grate finely. Mix ginger with soy sauce, cilantro, curry, cumin, coconut milk and soy oil and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse meat, pat dry and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Thread meat slices lengthwise onto skewers, folding if necessary for longer slices. Brush meat with marinade and let stand about 1 hour. Cook meat in hot pan or roast on hot grill until golden brown on all sides. Serve as desired, with peanut sauce and fresh lettuce.
