- 8 Whole-wheat tortillas (ready to eat)
- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 small hot green chili pepper
- 1 small spicy red chili pepper
- juice of Limes
- salt
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (for the meat)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 can hot Salsa
- Lettuce
- cooked Rice
- Diced tomatoes (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towels and cut into very thin strips. Rinse the chile peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken breast and chiles and saute for 4 minutes. Add lime juice and saute until the lime juice has evaporated. Season with salt and set aside. Warm tortillas by briefly frying in hot oil in a skillet, to make them soft. Spread the chicken filling on the hot tortillas and shape into rolls.

Add shredded lettuce, if desired, and garnish with diced tomato. Serve immediately with salsa.
