8 small Chicken legs (each about 80 grams)
For the marinade
400 milliliters Red wine
1 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp rosemary
4 carrots
5 sticks Celery
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Prepare marinade by combining wine with cloves, bay leaf, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, thyme and rosemary and marinate chicken drumsticks overnight.

Peel carrots and cut into diagonal slices. Rinse celery and cut into diagonal slices.

3.

Remove chicken drumsticks from marinade and drain. Heat oil in a pan and cook chiken for about 8-10 minutes on all sides, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables and marinade, simmer on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes. Place into bowls and serve.
