- 500 grams Rigatoni
- 300 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 yellow paprika
- 1 Red paprika
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 200 milliliters Broth
- salt
- peppers (as desired)
- 1 pc Parmesan
Preparation steps

Boil rigatoni in salt water. Dab chicken with vinegar and cut into bite-size pieces. Finely dice the onions. Rinse and halve the peppers, remove the seeds and white skin, and finely dice. Cut and blanch the tomato. Peel and dice the tomatoes.

Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, heat oil, fry chicken then remove from the pan. Sauté the onions and garlic, add the vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in the broth and add the tomato paste. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the pasta with the fried chicken and add the vegetable sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese, as desired.
