Ingredients

For the dough
250 grams Whole wheat flour
l lukewarm water
50 grams olive oil
20 grams fresh Yeast
salt
For topping
80 grams button Mushroom
100 grams Broccoli
2 Chicken breasts
4 slices Prosciutto
170 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
Basil

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, mix the flour with the crumbled yeast, water, oil and the salt. Knead well. Cover and leave for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

Rinse mushrooms and cut into fine slices.

3.

Rinse broccoli, cut smaller as needed and blanch for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

4.

Cut chicken into thin strips approximately 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) and season with salt and pepper. Cut prosciutto in half.

5.

Knead the dough again well and place onto a greased pizza pan (about 28-30 cm) (approximately 11-12 inch) and press. Form a pizza crust with the dough.

6.

Preheat oven to 225°C (approximately 425°F). Cover the pizza with broccoli, mushrooms, chicken strips and prosciutto and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven for 25 minutes until crispy and garnish with basil.
