300 grams Glass noodles
4 Chicken breasts
200 grams soybean sprout
6 scallions
2 chili peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
soy sauce
Fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions and drain well. 

2.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes.

3.

Rinse the sprouts and drain.

4.

Rinse the scallions and cut into 2cm (2/3 inch) long pieces.

5.

Wash the chile peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into very thin strips.

6.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop.

7.

Fry the chiles, garlic, sesame and ginger together in hot oil. Add the chicken, brown quickly, then mix in the scallions and sprouts. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring, then mix in the noodles and fish sauce.
