- 1 Chicken breast (with skin and bones, about 450 grams)
- 1 onion
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 allspice
- 1 cloves
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables (such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
- 500 grams Broccoli
- 1 Kohlrabi
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 organic lemon
Preparation steps

Rinse meat. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Boil both in the broth and add spices. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Clean vegetables and chop. Rinse chile, remove seeds and cut into thin rings. Add everything to soup and cook a further 10 minutes.

Lift out meat lift, let cool briefly and remove from the skin and bones. Cut into small pieces and add back to soup. Season with a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
