For the dip:
150 grams Whipped cream
50 grams Sour cream
50 grams Gorgonzola
2 centiliters Port wine
peppers
16 Chicken wing (depending on size)
salt (and pepper)
1 sweet ground paprika
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
3 Tbsps Ketchup
Tabasco sauce
250 grams Celery

Preparation steps

1.

For the chicken: Rub the chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown all over. Mix ketchup with a little hot-pepper sauce (depending on the desired spiciness) and coat the chicken wings. Place on a grill and roast until brown.

For the dip: Mix the sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in the gorgonzola and season with port wine and plenty of pepper.

3.

Cut the celery into 10 cm (approximately 3 inches) long pieces.

4.

Serve the chicken wings with celery and dip.
