Pears and soft cheese are a great combination in terms of taste, but their minerals also complement each other perfectly. The calcium from the cheese can only be stored with the help of boron - which is contained in pears.

You can adapt the choice of soft cheese to your own taste: if you like a stronger flavor, goat camembert is perfect, while young cow's milk is a milder flavor.
