- 1.333 cups canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 ripe Avocado (sliced)
- ½ cup Tahini
- 0.333 cup vegetable stock
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- To Garnish
- parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatillo (sliced)
- 1 Black Radish (sliced)
- 2 Pita bread (cut into large traingles)
Preparation steps
1.
Blend chickpeas, garlic, avocado, tahini and stock to a fine puree. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with thin slices of tomatillos and radish. Serve with pita bread.
