1.333 cups canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
3 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
1 ripe Avocado (sliced)
½ cup Tahini
0.333 cup vegetable stock
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
peppers
1 pinch cayenne pepper
To Garnish
parsley (finely chopped)
2 Tomatillo (sliced)
1 Black Radish (sliced)
2 Pita bread (cut into large traingles)

Preparation steps

1.
Blend chickpeas, garlic, avocado, tahini and stock to a fine puree. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with thin slices of tomatillos and radish. Serve with pita bread.
