2 chili peppers
1 onion
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch tomatoes, peel and chop. Rinse chiles, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel onion and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft.

Peel garlic and squeeze through a press. Mix in with tomatoes and chile pieces, cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Serve cold.
