2 kilograms thick Pork ribs (sectioned)
1 bottle Herb vinegar (0.7 liters)
4 onions (coarsely chopped)
salt
peppers
Mustard seed (to taste)
bay leaves (to taste)

Preparation steps

Rinse ribs under cold water and season with salt and pepper. Place meat in a large pot filled with 1 bottle of herb vinegar and equal parts water. Add onions, bay leaves and mustard seeds to taste. Cook on stove for approximately 1 hour until meat starts to separate from bone. Allow to cool on stove and remove bones.

Pour into a bowl lined with foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Place on a plate and serve garnished with laurel.
