Preparation steps

1.

Cut 2 melons in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Halve the third melon, remove seeds and rind, and mash the pulp finely with the orange juice and agave syrup in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 

2.

To serve, stir the lavender oil into the puree, then pour the mixture into the chilled melon halves. Garnish with orange slices and lavender flowers.
