If the soup is to be served ice cold, chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or add some ice cubes to the blender.

Preparation steps

1.
Place the melon pieces in a blender (keep 4 tbsp aside for the garnish). Add the orange juice and the agave nectar and blend.
2.
Season with ground black pepper and lime juice and pour into four bowls. Add a slice of ham and the remaining melon pieces to each bowl. Garnish with ground black pepper and serve.
