- 4 very small Tomatoes (grape tomatoes)
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- salt

- 1 slice very thin Whole Wheat Bread

Preparation steps

Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rings. Rinse tomatoes, wipe dry and halve.

Stir cream cheese until in a small bowl with the oil and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread with the mixture and top with the tomatoes.
