- 100 grams white Chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 2 Tbsps Almond butter
- 100 grams Ice cream cone
- 100 grams Milk chocolate
- 100 grams chopped almonds
Preparation steps

Chop the white chocolate and melt in a double boiler or heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat, stir in the butter and almond butter and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Crush the ice cream cones finely by placing in a freezer bag and rolling with a rolling pin. Remove the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and roll into small balls. Coat the balls in the crushed ice cream cones and refrigerate for another 2 hours.
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler and toast the chopped almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Dip the truffles in the milk chocolate using a dipping fork and toss in the toasted chopped almonds. Allow the milk chocolate to harden and store in a cool place until ready to serve.
