Chocolate Banana Fritters

Nutritional values
Thanks to egg, quark, almonds and oats, the buffers provide particularly high-quality protein - good for growth. With the fibre from flakes, almonds and fruit they also make you really full.
It is quicker if you fry a single giant buffer. The buffer becomes especially fruity with a little cinnamon instead of cocoa and with a grated apple instead of the banana.

Preparation steps
Put egg, quark, salt and honey in a bowl and beat until creamy.
Add oats, ground almonds and cocoa powder and let soak about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
Mix the banana into the oat mixture and shape it into 8 small fritters with moistened hands. If you like, set aside some banana pieces for garnish.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan and fry half of the fritters on medium heat until crispy and brown, 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan, drain on paper towels and keep warm on a plate.
Cook the remaining fritters in the remaining oil. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with reserved banana pieces if desired and serve immediately.
