- 150 grams butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 eggs
- 150 grams Dark chocolate
- 3 packets Chocolate pudding powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 120 grams almonds
- butter (for the pan)
Preparation steps

Mix butter and sugar together until creamy. Beat together eggs, grated chocolate, salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour mix and add to the butter mixture. Stir the dough until smooth, then fold in the ground almonds.

Grease the springform pan, then fill with the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven (180°C, approximately 350°F) for about 50-60 minutes. Do a toothpick test, then remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bottom of the springform pan and gently push the cake out onto a wire rack, let cool.
