- 150 grams softened butter (or margarine)
- 125 grams sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsps Cocoa
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 1 Baking powder
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (for the pan)

1 Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Muffin tin (with paper cases)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Beat the butter until fluffy. Gradually mix in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Line a muffin tin with paper cups and grease wiith the cups with oil. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
