- 1 Tbsp Hazelnuts (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp almonds (finely chopped)
- 2 Cinnamon stick (broken into small pieces)
- 2 Cardamom (slightly crushed)
- 3 cups Tea leaf (loose leaf)
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 Star anise
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the chopped nuts, cinnamon and cardamom with the tea, cloves and star anise. Store in an airtight container.
2.
To package as a gift: Put tea mixture into a small airtight bag and then wrap it in another festive mesh bag. Add a ribbon and a gift tag.
