Preparation steps

Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Lemon rinse hot and cut into slices.

Put ginger, lemon, and turmeric in 2 large mugs. Pour 16 ounces (2 cups) of boiling water in mugs and infuse for about 10 minutes.
