- 2 ¼ cups canned Artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 Red onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (quartered)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 Baguette (sliced)
Preparation steps

In a large food processor, combine beans, artichoke hearts, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and process until nearly smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary.

Transfer spread to a serving bowl. Serve at room temperature with slices of baguette; or bake slices of baguette with spread until just browned and serve immediately.
