Nutritional values
You can score big points with the richly topped crostini - not only in terms of taste. Salmon supplies many valuable omega-3 fatty acids, which have a positive effect on increased blood fat values.
If possible, choose wild salmon for this recipe. It tastes much spicier than its cultivated counterparts.

Preparation steps
Cut bread into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices. Bake on the middle rack in preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F/convection 350°F) until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.
Peel the garlic and lightly rub the slices of bread with it.
Finely chop the salmon.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings.
Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck off the fronds. Set some aside and finely chop the rest.
Mix salmon, scallions, dill and mustard with the oil in a bowl and season with pepper.
Squeeze lemon. Mix cream cheese with a little lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel horseradish, grate finely and stir into the cream cheese.
Spread each slice of bread with a little cream cheese, distribute the salmon on top and garnish with dill.
