1 Tbsp sweet Mustard
2 Tbsps Canola oil

1 pc fresh Horseradish (about 25 grams)

1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Oven rack

Preparation steps

Cut bread into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices. Bake on the middle rack in preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F/convection 350°F) until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.

Peel the garlic and lightly rub the slices of bread with it.

Finely chop the salmon.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings.

Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck off the fronds. Set some aside and finely chop the rest.

Mix salmon, scallions, dill and mustard with the oil in a bowl and season with pepper.

Squeeze lemon. Mix cream cheese with a little lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
