Preparation steps

1.
Cut lids off the lemons and flatten the bottoms slightly.
2.
Remove the fruit with a spoon and slice half of it.
3.
Flake the tuna and mix it with the cream cheese and the lemon flesh. Stir in the olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
4.
Place the tuna mixture into the hollowed out lemons, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and place the lids on top. Chill before serving.
