Preparation steps

1.

Peel the grapefruit and oranges thoroughly. Cut into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Mix the coarsely ground sichuan peppercorns and the pistachios, and toast in a hot pan. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, and sauté the onions for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Add the remaining oil, juices, and honey. Season to taste with salt. Mix with the citrus slices and garnish with the basil.
