For the dressing
4 Tbsps Strawberry vinegar
1 tsp honey
lemon juice

Preparation steps

Mix all the salad ingredients together and separate into four salad bowls. To make the dressing mix together the vinegar and honey and stir in a dash of lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp water and the oil. Season with salt, drizzle over the salad and serve.
