- 200 grams chickpeas (canned)
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Tahini
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- juiced lemons
- 1 pinch Cumin
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Puree chickpeas with yogurt, parsley, peeled garlic, tahini, olive oil and lemon. Season with salt, cumin and cayenne.

Serve, as desired, with vegetable sticks (such as carrot and cucumber).
