- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Chili
- ⅞ cup Coconut milk
- 1 Lime (zest and juice)
- sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

Dice the chicken breasts.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the chili. Mix the garlic, ginger, chili, coconut milk, lime juice and zest to make a marinade and then mix with the diced chicken. For the best results put into a plastic bag so that everything is well covered and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Then take out of the marinade, thread onto wooden skewers, sprinkle with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
