- 1 scallion
- 1 garlic clove
- 15 grams ginger
- 3 handfuls Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, basil)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 4 Cod (each about 150 grams)
- ½ lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse scallion, trim and very finely chop. Peel garlic and ginger and finely dice. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the scallion, garlic and ginger until translucent. Deglaze with the wine and add the broth. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Rinse the fish and pat dry and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add the broth, cover with lid and cook until done over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Then taste and serve with the broth.

Serve with boiled potatoes, if desired.
