400 grams white fish fillets ((such as Dorsch, cod)
1 Tbsp finely diced onions
2 egg whites
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
100 grams Corn kernel (from a can, drained)
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
salt
freshly ground white peppers
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the fish fillets. Puree, in batches, with the onions, cream, egg whites and lemon juice. Mix in the corn and bread crumbs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Shape the mixture into patties and flatten slightly. Heat plenty of oil in a skillet and the fry the patties 2-3 minutes on each side. They should remain light brown and not get too browned on the surface. Serve hot.
