Preparation steps

1.

Drain corn. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse spinach, drain and cook in a saucepan over low heat until wilted. Remove and chop. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and chop very finely. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

In a bowl, stir together the corn, spinach, onion, tomatoes and chile and season with salt, pepper, sugar, oil and the lime juice. Serve as a side dish with grilled meat.
