- 2 Gold kiwis
- 2 Oranges
- 150 grams fresh Raspberries
- 2 ripe Apple (such as jonagold)
- 2 ripe Pear (such as williams christ)
- 200 grams fresh, ripe Strawberries
- 150 grams fresh, ripe Currants
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp liquid Blossom honey
- 320 grams Corn flakes
- 400 grams Natural yogurt
- 4 mint (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Peel oranges, cut out orange segments. Clean raspberries. Rinse and dry apples and pears, cut into quarters, core and cut into narrow strips.

Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and cut into quarters. Rinse currants and mix with all fruit. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey, mix well. Add cornflakes, place into bowls and add yogurt. Garnish with mint and serve.
