Nutritional values

This fruit salad is the ideal breakfast solution when you want to have a particularly fruity breakfast! Orange, apple and berries can convince with the immune booster vitamin C, while yoghurt adds a small portion of protein and supports the calcium supply. This is important for strong bones and healthy teeth.

Depending on the season you can use other fruits or berries. How about an exotic combination of sweet melon, kiwi and aromatic coconut flakes?
