Preparation steps

1.

Rinse both grape varieties, pluck from stems and cut in half. Rinse apples, quarter, remove core and chop into bite-size pieces. Mix apples in a bowl with grapes and raisins.

2.

Mix yogurt in a bowl with mint, honey and lemon juice and then mix with fruit. Arrange fruit salad in small bowls and serve garnished with almonds.
