Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the figs, remove the stem and slice the fruit into eighths or quarters, depending on size. Rinse the nectarines, remove the pit and slice thinly. Cut the rind off of the watermelon and canteloupe, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.

2.

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems.

3.

Mix the honey and 2 tablespoons orange juice in a bowl. Add the fruit and stir gently.

4.

Stir the yogurt, vanilla sugar and remaining orange juice until smooth and serve with the fruit salad.
