- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 200 grams Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers
- 200 grams Raspberries
- 1 sprig mint
Preparation steps

Toast the bread.

Mix together the cottage cheese and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and then spread over the toast.

Rinse the raspberries and pat dry. Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Distribute the raspberries and mint over the toast and serve immediately.
