Nutritional values

As sweet and aromatic as the melon tastes, it contains hardly any calories or fat and is an excellent source of potassium. The cream cheese provides a rich supply of protein and calcium, while the lime scores with vitamin C.

Cilantro not only tastes good, but it is also considered a highly effective antibiotic! In US laboratory tests, the active ingredients in the herb killed salmonella more reliably and effectively than the drug gentamicin.
