1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Box grater, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Kitchen shears
Preparation steps
1.
Peel cucumber half, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.

Coarsely grate the cucumber into a bowl.
3.
Add the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Cut cress from the bed, add to mixture and serve.
