700 grams potatoes (Predominantly waxy)

1 Cucumber
1 sour Apple
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (3.5% fat)
juice of lemons
peppers
1 pinch sugar
1 bunch Dill
8 Walnut
150 grams Cottage cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and boil for 20 to 25 minutes in salted water. Drain potatoes, let cool and peel. Dice potatoes into cubes.

Peel cucumber and cut 1/4 of the cucumber into slices. For the remainder, cut in half, scrape out seeds with a spoon and dice into small cubes. Rinse apple, cut into quarters, remove seeds and dice into small cubes.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in potatoes, cucumber and apple. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop finely. Stir dill into salad.

4.

Chop walnuts coarsely. Plate potato salad with cucumber slices and a scoop of cottage cheese. Serve sprinkled with walnuts.
