1 Non-stick pan, 1 Knife

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the walnuts and roast them in a pan without fat at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Wash sage, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

2.

Add honey, 4 ounes of blackberries, apple juice, and sage leaves to the walnuts and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let cool down briefly.

3.

Divide the cottage cheese into 2 bowls. Add walnut-blackberry compote and serve with remaining blackberries.
