- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch Cress
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread (crust removed)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and cress. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2.
Spread the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture. Top half of them with the tomato slices, then cover with the remaining bread slices. Press down lightly, then cut into small pieces if you'd like.
