- 200 grams Cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1 Cucumber

Preparation steps

Remove the crust from the toast, and spread 4 slices with the cream cheese.

Rinse the cucumber, pat dry, and thinly slice. Spread the cucumber over the bread so that they overlap like tiles.
3.
Season lightly with salt and pepper, and top with the remaining bread slices. Halve the sandwiches diagonally, secure with toothpicks, and arrange on a plate.
