- 16 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 250 grams (approximately 9 ounces) cream cheese (double cream)
- ¼ Cucumber
- 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) Smoked salmon
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 16 Chives
- 4 more Lettuce
- 1 cut into wedges lemon (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Remove the crust from the bread and spread each slice with cream cheese. Rinse the cucumber and thinly slice. Top half of the slices of bread with cucumber slices, and then with the salmon.

Sprinkle the cut chives over the salmon and cover with the remaining bread slices cream cheese side down. Halve the sandwiches on the diagonal and serve garnished with whole chives.
