- 2 Whole wheat buns
- 4 leaves Napa cabbage
- 2 scallions
- 3 Tbsps cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- ½ tsp pickled, green peppers
- 2 tsps chopped Dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- 60 grams smoked Salmon (in slices)
- Dill (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the Napa cabbage and cut into thin strips.
2.
Rinse the scallions, cut the white and light green parts lengthwise into quarters and halve the quarters crosswise.
3.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream.
4.
Mash the pickled peppers with a fork and mix with the dill, then fold into the cream cheese mixture and season with lemon juice and salt.
5.
Cut the rolls in half and spread each of the bottom halves with 1/2 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Spread half of the Napa cabbage and scallions on top, then add another 1/2 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and 1 slice of salmon. Cover with the remaining cabbage and the remaining cream and garnish with a little dill. Add the top buns and serve immediately.
