Salmon is extremely healthy because it contains Omega-3 fatty acids, which are so important for the brain, heart, blood, and so many more bodily functions.
You can also use a baguette instead of crackers.

- ½ inch fresh Horseradish (finely grated)
- ⅔ cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- lemon zest
- 8 Whole grain crackers
- 1.333 cups smoked Salmon (torn or cut into 8 pieces)
- ½ handful Chives (cut into rings on the diagonal)
Preparation steps

Stir together the horseradish, cream cheese, lemon juice and a pinch of lemon zest and season to taste with salt.

Spoon about 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker. Fold or roll the salmon decoratively and place on top of the crackers. Scatter with chives and serve.
