8 sun-dried Tomatoes
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
200 grams cream cheese
100 grams cream cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers
¼ Cucumber
Frisée (or arugula)
8 lg slices Smoked salmon (about 300 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain sun-dried tomatoes, pat dry, chop finely and combine with dill and cream cheese, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut crosswise into 8 strips (about 2.5-3 cm long) (approximately 1-1 1/2 inch).

3.

Arrange salmon slices next to each other on work surface. Top each slice with 1/8 of cream cheese mixture and cucumber strip. Roll up into tight rolls.

4.

Rinse lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into small pieces. 

5.

Arrange salmon rolls vertically on a plate.

6.

Garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
